anyone know what the reward is for the new flash collections? i know the investigation gives the original speedster helmet.
The collection reward is....probably not worth going out of your way for. This is THE worst collection in the game by far. I was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed. Terrible terrible terrible. I would have taken a small cosmic treadmill, or a golden flash statue on a lair sized pedestal...or just about anything else. 10 pieces to collect just to get a stupid balloon???? THIS is the real slap to the faces of DCUO players.
I've always felt the worst one was the pile of dirt you get from the Home Turf Ace Collection. When you're farming it, you're going for the 2 vendor amenities. Then a collection complete pops and you think it's one of the vendors, but no... pile of dirt! But for whatever reason, the pieces still sell well.
Because no one remembers that it's just a pile of dirt. To be honest, that pile of dirt is more useful for decorating than that balloon. Mix the dirt with some of the grass patches from the Spring and Halloween seasonal...and you're golden. That balloon goes with nothing...except the equally useless (but quite funny) Unicorn Trinket.
