One of my characters uses this style for feet. Recently I noticed that the visual does not show; the character is in bare feet. I went to a different toon that does not have this item/style equipped and went to the broker to preview the item; same thing -- bare feet. So then I ran Ace Chemicals and was lucky enough to get this drop. Didn't equip it, just previewed it as a vendor; bare feet.
