Twice now, while fighting Chuckles, I've knocked him off the roof, all the way to the ground floor of Ace, and he's reset. (The first time, we fought all the way down the side before he reset. The second time, he disappeared after being knocked off the roof.)
Stop knocking him off the roof. Position yourself so your knock ups/backs don't send him over the edge. Not that hard.
