Ah, you must have gotten that from a PvP match. I know PvP mods differ somehow from the PvE ones, but, since I avoid PvP like the plague, I'm not certain exactly what the differences are.

No it dropped from a fight around strykers... I'm not a pvper. Honestly it looks a bit bugged but the mod does grant s level adjustment. It got me to CR 80.
