In the case of a charge-back, is the account permanently banned ? What does the owner of the account have to do ? Does items purchased in-game get removed/taken-back ? Please give me a response I would like to know. Thanks
Account is blocked . You must contact support ( ticket) from other/new account and explain yourself ( prove why cash holder is wrong ) if u cant prove ...... im not sure what then i guess its game over . If u prove that u paid and cash holder was wrong you will get all yous items that u paid for . Problem is it can take few weeks becouse its hard to contact support and in this case u will have to contact with them few times . In my case it was 16-18 days ( i got all back even this16-18 days all access ).
That's identical with my experience. You just have to contact support, pay again (plus any additional fees) and then you get it released. Out of curiosity: are you also a player who has trouble to enter the IBAN?
My bank charges 5 € for invalid direct debit requests (in this case from Daybreak Game's payment provider) and Daybreak Games charged 500 DBC from me.
