Character records for DCUO US temporarily unavailable

all gave error. or empty...they dont see the update yet?

Works okay for me now, character_id has been updated and world ("US") is now 2.
Apps will need to be updated, and caches refreshed - if needed.

I notice the character search engine isn't working. No matter what name I put in the search comes up negative. Or it will give me the name and when I click on it, I get an error message.

Well... DCUO Live doesn't seem to get or display the new DB correctly.
All Character Searches return something like this in the browser Address Window:

I am sure it is the Website's handling of the query. That is obviously not a correct result, as the search always fails. Anyone can tell what is wrong with the address shown above? The Character ID Number shown is fake to protect the innocent.

You'll need to contact Sore about that.

Unfortunately character ids for PC had to change to avoid collisions when the worlds merged. There is a new data collection "char_id_mapping" which maps the old character id to the new one. Hopefully third party developers can use that information to update any character ids that may be out of date in their systems. Sorry

Can't really complain about that... Seems fair as PS has a larger character base.

Well, unfortunately Sore's DCUO Live website fails to display ANY Character-stats... PC or PS at this time.
It is really messed up.

I've got more work to do but I've fixed the primary bug for HTTP://DCUOLIVE.COM.

hi i have a question..i havnt played in more than 2 years i found my old login but my character is gone the only option is to create a new character which sucks you know. just wanted to get my feet wet a little bit due to the recent news about xbox getting the game which will be awesome since iv wanted to play on xbox since i started playing this game. thanks for any replies in advance.
