Central city trinket

I have a question about it

, I have this trinket on all my characters. It always had two things
A buff increase in mightprec or resto or vitza or dominhealth.
. And change in appears & the trinket effects.

On Use: Transforms Appearance
343 Might - Self (+20s)
390 Precision - Self (+20s)

I notice like two weeks , some time I notice that the
Central city trinket no longer on use gives that extra stats.
When was that change and why ?

You may want to PM Mepps to bring it to his attention and to get an answer.

Idk but since they made it non clippable I never touched it again, kinda miss it.
