I have a toon with Wonder Woman as a mentor. When I go to the C A O dam, I can't see the entrance. When I go there with a friend who has a WW mentor, he can see the entrance. After he goes in, I am finally able to see the entrance and am able to go in. It is almost like I don't really have WW as a mentor. The similar situation happens with a Batman mentored toon for the Batman mentor specific entrances. This is for toons that have already completed the missions and are past level 30. What am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to talk to a NPC first to be able to see the entrance?
What level are you? Have you completed the mission before? If you're over the required level, the mission entry for it should be in your Journal. Check all missions in your Journal, including the hidden tab to be sure it isn't there. If you're over level 30 and have completed it before, then consider gathering some evidence (perhaps a video showing your missions and then the missing teleporter as well as perhaps visiting other locations tied to that mission line) and then get in touch with customer support.
It's the final mission before you hit level 30. If you aren't to that point yet you won't be able to enter.
My WW mentored toon that I saw this with is CR 78. My Batman mentored toon that I encountered this with has a CR of 153. (For batman I was not trying the C A O dam but rather T O Morrow's hideout) I've completed the missions already, but wanted to go back in to help a Superman mentored friend get the briefings and investigations.
Sound like maybe you are missing to complete the quest that will lead you there, some times you hit level 30 without finishing all the leveling quest
