My wife has a sub account set up for our 9yr old and when he tried to login it doesn't let him. First I set up the parental rules to allow DCUO to be whitelisted.. Then my wife got an email about confirming he can play and she entered the code they needed. Then when he tried to login again an error popped up saying the account can't play at this time. How can I fix this?
