I changed my character's name and I had created a league for that character prior to the name switch. I was the only member in that league and after the name switch, it still has my old name in that league. It is because of that I assume that I can't disband the league. Like I said I am the only member, but it says I have to promote a new leader in order to leave.
You were right. I had tried relogging a couple of times and it did not work. However, I tried again like an hour and a half later and the name issue had been corrected, I guess it just needed some time and I need a little more patience. ISSUE RESOLVED
