I found an old dusty alt that still had the 3rd yr anniversary poster base item in their inventory. The item description is as follows: 3 Year Anniversary Poster Cannot Trade Cannot Sell Prestige Value 3 Use this item to add it to your personal Base inventory or Donate it in the League Hall to add it to your League's Decorations inventory The problem being it will not allow me to donate it to the league hall.
