Up-Votes Needed Can't create a New Character

    I have 14/15 creation slots used.
    For some reason, I can't create my 15th.
    I've tried multiple times.

    "There was a data issue which requires a new login. Please login again. <0x0021,14,0>

    Having the same exact problem
    Cant create a new character. I did every restart , log out , log in , reset , shutdown i could and it keeps happening
    Same bug since 2016...
