Up-Votes Needed cant claim batman day rewards

i am in a bit of a pickle... I havent gotten the batman day rewards.. the gift thing hasnt popped up for me .. at all and i cant open a ticket because idk the secret questtion to my account .. i mean i do but apparently i dont remember how i worded it

I have done that several times nothimg shows up.

Did you already claim them on a different character?

nope I logged in the first day it was available went right to my main charecter to redeem it and the gift box never showed up at all
