PS5-Villain-Ultraconductor PSNID: Goon2k4 When i try to connect to this character the game returns to server down for maintenance page and then loads indefinitely and will not return to charachter select without a complete restart. I can login to all my other characters. I was loading into an alert when displayed maintenance error. I have re installed the game and that did not work so I am submitting a ticket. A little worried. I've been playing this game for 10 plus years across PC-PS3-PS4-PS5 and have never had this issue. (I posted this earlier but it has been removed without reason. This is updating to be completely ignored and then deleting the evidence. I will be checking periodically and reposting) Post number 2
If you submitted a support ticket, posting here won't get your issue fixed any quicker. This forum is intended for reproducable bugs, or widespread bugs. Your issue is rare, hard to reproduce, and likely will only require a GM reset your character's location to a hub zone to fix.
Ok cool. I just haven't had anyone respond to the ticket and then this post disappeared with no explanation. A little concerning. I appreciate the reply.
I had the excat same issue with a character I created last week. I can log into all my other toons, except the new one I created last week. I submitted a ticket, and since I play on PS5, they had me clear the PS5 cashe, rebuild the data vase, and uninstall, and then reinstall the game. I'm still unable to log in to just that one toon. This just happened today.
I actually was. I had just finished running Gotham Gang Wars, and returned to the House of Legends and warped to Earth 3 Gotham, and that's where it all started. I woke up this morning and saw I was able to log into that character with no problem. Maybe it's a glitch with Earth 3 Gorham? No way it's just coincidental for it to happen to two people on the same day in the same area.
