BvS reviews...are looking a bit

I think I figured out the whole "Looney Tunes" Lex near the end of the film with the whole "ding ding ding ding" bit. I think he was listening to this song while working in the Kryptonian ship and the chorus of the song got stuck in his head like an earworm.

If you aren't inclined to listen to the whole song, skip to the 1:22 mark for the chorus, at your own risk.

I hate this, but then I kinda like it. Then I hate myself for liking it. It's very confusing.

I just laugh and go with it, if for no other reason than loving how they made two seemingly different music styles (J-pop and power/speed metal) work together so well.

As for the translation? I'm used to weird song translations like that thanks to anime.

I agree Jesse Eisenberg was a horrible choice for Lex, to young IMO and the character came off as to bat-chit crazy to me anyway, more along the lines of a mild Joker not Lex.

As for the movie in general I have to say I was disappointed, especially near the end, Batman was literally about to kill Supes and he stops because Superman says "Don't let Martha die." So because they both have mothers whose names are Martha that was his reason for stopping, and then Batman rescues Martha Kent and says "Don't worry I'm a friend of your sons." Huh!? he was just on the verge of killing him and now they're friends.

The best part of the whole movie for me was watching Wonder Woman take on Doomsday, she is fricking Badazz!

Man of Steel in my opinion was a far better movie.
