Buying SC through Steam

Hello, I am from Brazil and I can't buy SC via steam on the in-game Market. The only option is Credit Card, does anyone know why is that happening? I have downloaded DCUO via steam as well.

Should be the option "Steam" if not, you can go to the website and buy SC there.

Problem is I don't own a credit card yet.

Bump. Anyway, I have downloaded the game through steam still can't see "steam wallet" option while trying to add cash in the in-game market. I did put all the money I could spent in a game in my steam wallet expecting to buy SC

Since I can't edit my other post... I just can't find any information about this bug or whatever it is and unfortunately no way to solve it. I really really need a help.

You can also use a visa gift card as long as there is a billing address associated with it.

Problem is I don't want to buy SC using a credit card or whatever other payment method. I have added funds to my steam account expecting to buy SC and for my surprise, I don't get the option to pay it from my steam wallet. A friend of mine bought SC using HIS money from his steam wallet and we have both downloaded from the same place.

Paypal is definitely another option if the options available in your country.
