So this is a long time bug. When you cast Tesla your character is stuck in place for the entire duration of the cast. You can't jump to move out of the way of anything and this causes you to take some otherwise avoidable deaths and in elite content thats not ideal to say the least lol. And just noticed auto correct decided to spell tesla weird in the title....oh well.
