Using Pyrokinesis on a Dazed enemy only does one initial tick of damage, when it should be doing two, like it does on Live. As far as I can tell, this is the only Mental power that isn't benefiting from Daze on Test right now. For example, Cryokinesis does its two ticks, same as Live, so it's working. And no, Pyrokinesis' first tick on a Dazed enemy does not do more damage against a non-Dazed one, so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
Even a few updates later to Test, Pyrokinesis still isn't working with Daze. And it looks like this bug made its way to Live.
Also devs, please revamp Mental's Mass Levitation! Gadgets can apply a AoE Dazed PI using instacast Vortex Cannon & Light can apply a AoE Dazed PI using instacast Chompers/Spike Quake. Totally unfair that you skip mental's Telekinesis Tree.
And it shouldn't come as a surprise. Even after GU36 hit Live, Pyrokinesis still doesn't benefit from Daze.
