In BIA, at alternate metropolis, after gathering all information required and fighting the iconic, we have gone to kill the LT's to bring Lex Luthor out of hiding, when we do, we can turn the dial, but for some reasong the dials do not give us credit by turning all the way and Lex never comes. We can't continue to the Battle with Lex and Superman, out of alternate metropolis.
I've had the same issue happen to me as well. Quick question, how soon did you kill the iconic option during the mission? When I KO the iconic before freeing the detainees, my odds of bugging the instance increase dramatically.
This problem seems to occur if two Lexcorp Lieutenants are KO'd at the same time. Just happened to my group. I'll submit a bug report with video tomorrow morning, I guess.
Bump! My group just disbanded from the alert Brothers in Arms because of this bug (Lex Luthor not showing up). Three years later... and who cares, right?
