In the Metropolis section of the alert, you need to destroy 5 parked vehicles. The Spawn rate of these vehicles are ridiculously slow. The team made the mistake of trying to do the 200 vehicles feat BEFORE starting the area mission, after destroying maybe 4 or 5 we could not find anymore vehicles we then initiated the exploration mission. We could not progress out of the map as the vehicles were not spawning. After 30 minutes of waiting for a vehicle, group disbanded.
