Like said, that was sometime in late '12 or early '13, Blacque was in her low teens at best, and she couldn't afford the broker fees to sell the exo's at full market price (she now has a couple million, mostly from small Broker sales)

Should have made it more clearer: this is when selling the piece, so obviously know the name to look up because have the piece in inventory, not when looking to buy (personally only buy when desperate for one last piece {that know the name of because on PC and can see the name of missing pieces} and the Season is almost up)

Not on PS so no idea what you are talking about with 'Triangles' and stuff

What sort of update is it that you’re looking for?

Things cost more than in 2014 because there is more money in the economy shared between fewer players. If nobody could afford 100m for a collection piece, they would be listed incredibly rarely around that price point.

I had quoted you, but the post was meant more of a general guide to all of the people that have sticker shock from seeing items sell in the millions. It isn't all that hard to get cash in this game. If people would actually get out there and work on it instead of trying some sort of crazy cap system that would just punish honest players who are working the system.

Triangle as in the Triangle button on the controller, which I understand you do not use, but I guess I assume you've seen a PS4 controller in your life. Kind of like if you said 'right click' on something, those who play on console would probably know you meant to use the mouse buttons, pressing the right most forward button to 'click' or activate whatever it is you were talking about activating.

On the PS4, if you have an item in your inventory, you can highlight it and press that 'triangle' button on the controller when in the broker under 'add item' and it will display all the other items for sale like it without having to search the broker at all. There is a corresponding keyboard control, but I'm not sure what it is as I use the controller when on PC as well. I think someone else mentioned it previously in the thread. Either way, if you have the item, you should not need to type anything if listing for sale, other than the price you want to list it at.

UPDATE: I checked last night....no, there is no 'hover' action on the controller that will show the missing piece name, so for PS4 (or using PC with a controller vs Mouse, my comment stands correct. I believe you could simulate the controller reaction by opening a collection with a missing piece and navigating with the KB arrows vs the mouse....highlighting the square with the arrows (or WASD more likely) vs the mouse and hovering over the item.

Either way....on a controller it does not appear to be an option.

You'll probably know this but in case anyone else doesn't (I didn't know until I seen someone post it on the forums previously):

The best in game workaround for this is sorting Collections by level ascending/descending & it sorts Collections in what appears to be chronological order. This helps a little if you have an idea when the Collection came out.

Yeah...I've done that before...it's helpful, but still pretty cluttered and you would need to find the starting point to start scrolling through pages of 'like' items. Not a bad tip though.

Personally don't 'assume' anything, will simply post using own experience and (barely discernable) knowledge. Such as personally only learning about searching for the item on the broker directly from the inventory (instead of typing in the search) after reading this thread

And have only seen a PS4 controller in pictures, never in real life
