So i'm not entirely sure if its a bug or not but for the back mod that gives 4% defense/ toughness everytime you use the breakout ability yet when i use burnout or the breakout trinket i don;t get an increase in either. I'm not sure if this is a bug or it means only when you are being controlled in someway and breakout. If its working as intended can you make it so it works with tank breakouts and breakout trinkets? Breakouts are for the most part useless now and it would be a great way to make them more useful and it would help fire tanks out.
I think in this case "breakout ability" means the inherent one everyone has that you activate by pressing R1 on PS4... that button that most DPSes seem to have removed from their controllers or keyboards so they can't actually stop and block to prevent a one-shot from some of the bosses.
