It will be another OPA 'reward'

It's in the Anniversary Event vendor, one can buy it for 100 Qwardian Crowns.

That Future style made me curious. Love it:

Sit corrected then, thought it was another 'free gift' (and OPA stands for "One Per Account", the SOP for most gifts)

Does it stay out/attack like the bat drone

Is it actually good? I’ve always appreciated the aesthetics of DCUO Brainiac’s technology. The hours I’ve wasted in Prime Battleground trying to collect those gorgeous weapons styles...

Does the martial arts style exist anymore? I've been running it every week for almost five months and still haven't seen it. I've got every other one, most multiple times. Got DW four times. Still no Prime Brainiac Katars :(

No. Once you summon it, it stays out and assists you in combat by attacking enemies for some time ~ around 60 seconds. It takes another 60 seconds to come off cooldown.

Though trinket has level 66, summoned pet has the same cr as player.

Here's full combat log on single sparring target from test server (character is cr258):

That was awesome, thank you :D Pet seems a bit underwhelming though, does it taunt or shield or something?

I feel your pain. It was the pistols for me. I swear the game knows lol.

No, I suppose it only attacks enemies, it behaves similar way as Tiny Starro pet.

    Shame, seems pretty lame then.

    Thank you for your clarification.
It seems like, the damage is pretty good

Tiny Starro and Brainiac Drone share the same cooldown (and even the same hovering animation) and stay out for exactly as long, so only one of them can be summoned at the time.

Damage per one attack is the same, but overall Tiny Starro deals more damage due to faster attacking - Starro's 68-70k (around 60-65 hits) against Drone's 35-40k (30-35 hits).

Just for comparison, in the same conditions, Robot Sidekick dealt around 65-70k damage in 1 minute to a sparring target.
