In Progress Bottled dc wing armors

While the contribution amount for the Wing Armors has been increased and is working, we are still looking into the lack of respawning.

I initially posted last week Tuesday about the wing armors barely showing up. The post was marked fixed, but it is not. Making a new post in hopes to get the issue actually resolved.
1. The wing armors barely spawn and if they do it may be 2 in a 15 minute period if you're lucky.
2. The wing armors used to guard the vines and you would have to destroy the wing armor and then get the cog over the vine (2 points towards the daily) This does NOT happen anymore.

Please reopen the claim, file, whatever and fix the issue appropriately. A daily should not take close to or over 10 minutes for 1 mission

The issue is the wing armors do not spawn at a consistent rate and the wing armors that used to guard the vines have been removed. They used to guard the vine have to be destroyed and then use the cog to remove the vine, where is this mechanic, along with the spawn rates that are unrealistically low

I've noticed the vines seem to be respawning faster. Is it possible that the reference id (or whatever it's called) is mislabeled as winged armors?

I saw a wing armor tonight! When facing the front of the Hall of Justice it was on the left side near the wall (ground level). It's the only one I've seen since the bug started, and this was the 5th-ish toon I was running the mission on today. There was no vine to click on after KO'ing it but they're not extinct yet. (US PS4)

Found a wing armor on the sidewalk just hanging around and smoking a ciggy. Kill only counted for 2 which, if my memory from the before time when wing armors were not on the endangered species list is accurate, this how many they counted for already. If the count is supposed to be more than 2 then it is not working on live USPS. This was only on one character out of 4 and coming back to the area after the alert they were gone.

What does "contribution" in these two sentences mean? Do you mean the NUMBER of Wing Armors has been increased?

Or are the Wing Armors collecting donations for charity? Or are they contributing donations to a charity? Or what? "The contribution for Wing Armors has been increased" is somewhat bizarre English. Is there something we're supposed to be collecting for the Wing Armors? Who or what is contributing what to who or what?

This mission is so broken and the fact it’s taking weeks to fix, smdh. Like you devs realize there is no Wing Armors at all right?

It means they now contribute more numerically to completing the mission.

Yesterday, after around 7pm EST, I did encounter more wing armors on an alt (my others did not encounter them before that time). They still weren't guarding vine pods which required clicking after being KO'd, and I failed to note how much credit was issued upon dispatching them. However, they only appeared in front of the Hall of Justice, not around, behind, etc. Later on, more like 11pm EST and on a diff toon, I did not run into a single one.
