The objects at the BoP hub refresh periodically, which can cause issues with menus and replays. If you've got a mission menu up while the objects refresh, it does not register that you clicked to accept the mission. I believe this is why I had an issue a while back when in BoP: Replay points did not reset the mission, but the game took the points while the menu was open, as it does it there and then rather than after - this was resolved via support but I think I've found the cause now.
