You can buy it on what ever character you want but you can't redeem/claim the one or however many you buy on multiple characters, whatever you get out of the box can be traded through the shared bank to your other characters though.
You can trade the items between your characters before consuming them.... But once you consume the item only the character who consumed it will have it.
Ugh...I got Green and Purple glimmering auras in mine. I can use the purple for my celestial alt, but now I have to decide whether I want to make a Green Lantern-based alt or just junk that thing on the brokerage while it's hot...
I think the green glimmering was the common giveaway, cause the brokerage was saturated with them. Probably won't even be worth selling until after the packs are removed for sale and the supply craters...
