Doubt it considering those plasmics that are rare were twice as much as booster bundles are sold now. When those came out they were 2000MC. Considering they have new tech for auras, we might see a new series of auras like the radiant aura.
Question: Do you need to have legendary in order to buy the booster bundle? Reason why I'm saying this is because of the last bundle I wasn't able to purchase the booster bundle without buying legendary first :/
No. All you need is the 1,000 SC/MC and enough space in your inventory to receive the items. Are you sure you just didn't have enough inventory space? I know plenty of Premiums who bought the last bundle, but I know there were issues at the beginning because people didn't realise they needed something like 5 free spaces in their inventory.
Because it was an update to its already existing Advanced Mechanic...not a re-vamp, which is what most people wanted. They never had any intention to change Rage from what it already was, a primarily melee power. If people are disappointed it's because they set their expectations in the wrong place.
There will probably be a thread up tomorrow for people wanting to share what they got. Maybe you'll get in contact with someone who has what you want in exchange for what they might want that you have.
Mental got overlooked for a rare again. What happened to the purple one we were told about a couple of months ago?
WOAH! Why don't they hire THAT dev team? I swear, the lack of creativity and good ideas on this game is getting old. I'm guessing that's a PC only game huh? -_-
Downtime estimated UP TO 8 hours.... Love the way they're wording things since the switch to DBG... It used to be "downtime estimated at 3 hours" and then when it went to 3 hours and one minute the forums and social media EXPLODED with "OMG, why's the game still down ?!?!?" Now hopefully Mepps won't have to deal with that non-sense and when the game is up in 3-4 hours they can say they were done in plenty of time of the estimated window.
That's not why some people buy the bundles, sure. Last I read of the bundle descriptions though it describes all the goodies you get PLUS a chance at a rare aura... That means the aura is just a bonus to the items you get in the bundle.... Do many people buy them just for the chance at an aura? Of course. Many of us buy them though because we use all the items and the aura's just the cherry on top. Only thing that could make them a better deal is if they were sold during a 50% off sale. I stock up a few times a year, each booster bundle and each 50% off sale they get $85 from me for $100 worth of marketplace stuff.
I think it's a realistic estimate. There's times when things just don't go as planned. I'd rather hear "up to 8 hours" than "it'll be up in 3 hours" and then if there's a problem everyone loses their minds.
Dcuo needs all these auras. The regeneration/nanites/shadow were the coolest looking 1s imo. Wish they would just do the power based auras already in this game. Sadly it probaly wont ever happen as they make way too much money from the booster bundle to ever stop doing it that way. People would have to speak with their wallets to make a change and i dont see that ever happening.
Yup. That game has probably the best character creation ever invented, but the gameplay isn't nearly as good as DC. Or at least, not as action based I should say. However, the character creator alone is almost enough reason to try it out. It's very limited if you free to play though. I made a robotic crab in that game. Yes, a crab. You can make some truly interesting things in that game with enough experimenting with models. No one even remotely came close to looking like some of my creations.
And I'd totally buy that Would be the greatest aura ever in DCUO, beating all of the color blurs they published before
