So they tease Blue Lantern 2 times and it was just because they are part of the story and not a new power? Really? The one that thinks to tease us for that is EVIL and is the real bad guy in that episode
So all that Blue Hope for zilch? Not even a Blue Lantern Ally or Artifact? Not even BL gear or styles? Not even BL base items? Well current DI is all about tease and no substance. If Mepps and Jackstar were still around and pulled this they'd get savagely mocked on all social media. Not a good fit here STO devs. I can't say I'm disappointed because I expected this was a whole lot of nothing but way to meet those expectations I guess? Just sad where this game is you have to advertise false hope on the official Sony Playstation YouTube channel of all things. Yikes.

After going thru the story today I guess they needed a Blue Lantern because they're setting up other Lanterns in the chapters to come which I guess is a possibility? I don't want to spoilers the story but in my opinion unless we are getting something Blue Lantern in the form of an Ally or Artifact or what have you in the next chapters then otherwise making this character a BL was a major waste. They could've been an exobyter like us and not much would've needed to be changed. Other than a setup of another War of Lights episode and possible return of the Black Lanterns I don't see the point really. And if so then just come out and say we're getting more Green Lantern episodes I don't see the point in camoflaging it. But hopefully something of substance and weight comes out or this. Hopefully?

Hmm hard to post due to interesting forum change... there couldn't be a correlation on the timing could there... oh well I will put away my tin foil hat for the moment. While I agree anyone who thought a new power was coming wasn't thinking clearly. However, given the fact none of this went to test (and the overall lack of communication from devs in general) I wouldn't think it was too far fetched (especially given the hype they were trying to build) to think a blue lantern artifact or ally could be releaased
LOL...I made mention in LFG that many will be disappointed if they drop a blue lantern ally instead of a power....Guess we were all wrong. Notwithstanding the predicted disappointment.
Are we to assume you've posted your opinion of the content in a video with a thumbnail that says "IT FINALLY HAPPENED" or "IT'S OVER" presumably in high contrast colors?
They could have used the cameos for a reason to add blue and indigo lantern cosmetics to the vendor Supply Drops Lantern Battery Accessories Orbitals Chromas & Materials
There is always episode vendor additions to be added at some point, if they're still bothered to go that route.
Almost everything is done through the Marketplace or their Event system now so I doubt any Blue Lantern additions will just come from an episode vendor from now on. Maybe? Maybe not? If it's not available thru cold hard cash it's thru time spent on the DCUO servers.
