So I decided to run blackest night and things got funky at the last boss. NPC seemed to teleport like "they" were lagging. This wasn't lag from the my end ( Tank, Troll and a few other DPS noticed it). Our cooldowns were fine and we were fine. Nekron and "All" the other NPC seemed to lag. Please check this issue.
