Would it be possible to add the Biohazard, Exalted and Corrupted styles to any store? With the recent updates, these styles have become impossible to obtain. With that, the feats have become impossible to obtain.
Aren't these in the 'general' loot table that EEG and event all have? I also haven't run the Ace missions in a long time, but do you still get to pick a Biohazard piece after the 5th day 'inside' mission? That one wasn't a random drop, so I'd have thought it wouldn't have changed even with the EEG/loot changes. If both are no longer sources, I agree. Put them in the Vendor in the HOL. I've said this a long time about the 'Runes' sets from Hand of Fate. Norseman is the only one in the vendor out of the 4 sets. Why aren't all in there?
Im also interested on it and already tried every possible method to loot these styles, the best solution is probably add them in a HOL vendor Ace Chemicals x5 mission granted loot its no longer available and if you try you’ll always hit a random green loot or sum. Another interesting thing is at Hero side to loot Steelworker set you only need to repeat Stryker Island bounty a couple times to get the full set but at Villain side you’re supposed to loot Biohazard styles on Arkham Island Bounty but guess? Nothing, always green loot
The pieces in question are definitely in that loot table, plus the Vault when it's active. I think it was just today I had a Corrupted piece drop for one of my characters in a Vault run, and since I'm going through the content slower than most I'm almost 100% sure (gotta leave a little doubt in there lol) that I've seen all those styles drop in one form or another in runs across my characters. I can understand the questions about the Runes sets, but there's a part of me afraid of them adding them to something like the Rare Style vendor. I get occasional distractions from episode progression in chasing some style-related feats, I don't need to chase three more style sets as well. LOL
Yep, I went and checked a few toons that have never run any of the content that those styles came from (Trigon and ACE/Home Turf) who have either completed or partially completed those sets, so yes...they must be in the general loot table. Why would you need to chase those styles if they were in the vendor? You'd just need to grind out some marks and boom...chase over. The chase now is having to get a group for HOF runs (as they don't populate from Omni) get lucky in the correct piece then get double lucky and have it be for your role. Those role attuned gear drops are the worst.
I last did the 'Home Turf' missions a couple of years ago, but I did notice a piece of "Department of Corrections" turned up in my loot from the boss run this week. Not sure which DLC, but I agree it is probably random, and fairly uncommon. In terms of missions, at Ace it looks like you can do the 5 - you have to talk to the yellow Robot K-L3B to get the /5 mission which has a gear cache as a reward, after which you obtain a single daily mission grant from the Foreman. Otherwise you just get a single daily reward box for doing a daily for the Foreman. I haven't checked what's in the caches, sorry - I'll know in a few days with my level 73 tank. On Strykers you talk to the Supervisor for the overview mission out of 5, and to the Foreman robot for the daily. I agree, if there isn't a pathway to achieving the set for a feat, then it should be on a vendor. The 2 'Runes' styles I need, but no-one ever does those raids these days. Can hope for an Outsiders style event I suppose.
For me, the Ace mission is bugged. I did the 5 Ace missions, and haven't been able to clear it from the "Completed" tab. :/
