I'm kinda biased in my decision for a might/precision power. But I have had tons of success with my nature toon. It is by far my favorite power to play with a might and precision loadout. With only 3900 might and 1400 precision (buffed to a little over 2k) I have only ever lost to really good rage dps' in high tiered content. The ability to lay down DoTs then continue weapon attacks while refreshing the DoTs every 12 seconds is a great way to maximize damage output. Celestial. You can boost your might to over 5k and precision over 2k and keep it like that for 12 seconds before you cast the buffs again.
Gadgets, Nature, Celestial, Rage. Though I think its more dependent on your rotation and loadout. Unless its Tier 5 I would say most powers would do fine with balance in prec and might, even DOT powers like electricity mixed with weapon combos.
Then, I'd agree that Nature is probably tops. Most others will do best with at least a precision or might lean.
