Best healing power

Well if that DPS guy wanted to get the 2x bonus instead of the 1.25x bonus, he would have to stop and think and not do stupid things like

1. aggro before the tank
2. wander off somewhere
3. stand in front of boss and take frontals
4. continue to combo while boss is charging up at them

You are right though, a better individual achievement for healer which is not so dependent upon others playing with minimal competence is probably a good idea. Just ran into a controller in a T2 alert who did not know what Power over TIme was.

I prefer Tylenol healers, they do really well.
