Flipslash clip ^^^ I hate to say it, but right now Electric DPS is fubar. You can go with DoT set-up and combine with Vbolt then flipslash clip something like shockwave or vbolt (I like vbolt) Either way your numbers are going to be LOW Most of your damage leading up to long fights is going to come from flipslash, so spec precision.

For electric dps things you should know: electrogenesis stacks three times, then starts over, so keep count. Voltaic Bolt renews damage over time, and the Electrified power interaction. Using multi-target weapon attacks with an ability that's supposed to apply a power interaction to weapon attacks (in this case, Wired, but it also applies to Warped Reality, Weapon of Destiny, etc) might only apply the PI to your target, and not to all targets, depending on the weapon attack (iirc, as examples, Arrow Storm applies to all, but Solar Flare doesn't).
People have differing opinions on what to run (shockwave, vbolt , tesla) but here's a typical loadout Egen, Wired, Eburst, Ecute, VBolt, Circuit Breaker When starting a fight I typically go flipslash clip w/ Ecute, clip with wired set dots > vbolt flipslash vbolt with trash mobs, I just FS cEcute cWired > FS > burst power https://forums.daybreakgames.com/dcuo/index.php?threads/lightning-guide.120/page-206

For two-handed you'll want to use either the 2xhold Arrow Storm weapon Mastery, or Doomspin. So something like Egen->Eburst->Electrocute/Wired->Voltaic Bolt -> Doomspin -> Voltaic Bolt -> Doomspin... If you're not getting your full DOT, you can add Arc Lightning to the rotation, but that means you give up your supercharge.
Egen, wired, electeocute, voltaic bolt, shockwave, circuit breaker. Clip HB scissor kick in-between. Use the circuit breaker head mod. You get more damage off quicker before everything dies with HB.
