I have been told by several players that Batgirl's Cowl is in game, as a mission reward. When pressed, they couldn't recall exact details. Searching the wiki I could not find any mention of it. Bing led me to many of the same dead ends as the wiki; Pictures of "Batgirl's Cowl" don't use an actual cowl, appearing to be one of the Face Mask options from Character Creation. So my first Question is: Does anybody have any verifiable info as to whether or not a Cowl such as Batgirl's or Batwoman's (letting the hair down) exists in game for Players' Styles? What mission is it? And where? The batwoman cape is definitely a drop from content. The cowl you're looking for however drops from Promethium lockboxes or can be bought on the broker. It's called the daring vigilante cowl. Its the new 52 style.
The Batgirl style we have in game is the Daring Vigilante. Sadly you will not see the hair of the character with the cowl. As mentioned it drops from Promethium Lockboxes....so you pretty much have to buy it on the Broker. The Batwoman cape still drops from the Temple of Crime mission.... but it seems to be a rare drop.... so it is probably easier to just buy it from the Broker.
i wil explain you in an easy the batgirl drt come from prometheium lootboxes you have to be legendary to open it or just have promethium keys to open the boxes .the drops it's random,respect the batwoman cape there is an other place which you can get the it's in the scarecrow mision where you have to save batwoman which is a low level mision only if you have batman as mentor you can acces or just after you have a cr of 50 .the thinks about the cowl and mask came due to the new looks of batgirl in the comics she changed her col more like the batwoman mask

You can get Daring Vigilante set on the broker if someone is selling it, too. (The Batgirl inspired style) It's not that expensive on EU, not sure about US.
Daring Vigilante pieces start at $444k U.S. server, and Batwoman Cape had 1 listed @ $200 million. I sub/resub as I am able, so it'll be a while before Broker is a viable option. I will keep checking though, as I do occasionally get blessed with a rare bargain ... Seeing as we recently ended a record-setting extended Resurgence Mega Capsule period, I am 'probably' safe to use Stabs on some of my TC stockpile. And use Drowned until they release a 'true' Batgirl Cowl that has the hair. As for the early mission rescuing Batwoman from the Scarecrow, I am not so sure; no source I have seen mentions that mission, only the "The Religion of Crime". The only Iconic Style I ever got there was Scarecrow's; I used one and saved the other. Thanks everyone for helping! If any of you learn anything new, please come back and share!
