The dispenser in my base is only offering level I items, despite having a Level II battery and all of the upgrades to level II unlocked already. Is this a bug? I thought maybe because my batteries were down to 25%, there was an issue, but even after recharging them, and even charging the third battery, I am still stuck with Level I items (orbital strike, sidekick, henchmen) in my dispenser. Any ideas?
