I've never messed with my Base Amenity: Sparring Target until just yesterday. I figured I'd use it to practice the Electric Awesome Mechanic. It was a complete failure. The target wipes the PI as well as the DoT from Voltaic Bolt. This is different from the targets in the WT, as they'll occasionally the PI, but nowhere near so severe as the base version. Has it always been this way? It literally reduces the base version to nothing more than something on which to build SC, since it cannot be used to work with PIs and DoTs.
Yeah, said this on test. Something about the base targets is messed up. Hits against them also don't record in the combat log.
