Bank/Invenotry Side: Cannot scroll all the way to the bottom. May only affect people with maxed out slots. Shared Bank: On the left bank/shared pane if you scroll you can scroll all the way past your items and when you scroll back up most of your slots will be missing. Also same issue as above where you cannot scroll to see all of your inventory.
Also moving items around within either the bank or the inventory will resize the borders between items in both the shared bank slots and the inventory slots, though it is worse on the shared side.
Im on USPC and have the same problems as the OP. I also have all inventory slots available on my account.
League bank is also wacky as a result. Dropping things in or pulling them out sometimes collapses the bank and you have to either tab off and back, or leave then go back in. No 'missing' slots I saw, but maybe that's because 5 rows doesn't require a scroll down.
I can't reach most of my bank slots on my bank character. I can't sort out to pull the stuff higher either so a lot of catalysts are out of reach for me. Hoping it will get fixed soon.
