I did the breifings to get this head (FOS1: chasm and FOS2: Power core) and got each individual reward, but I never got the banished kryptonian head peice style which is the reward for completing both breifings.
There is a bug currently affecting the larger Collections Briefings and Investigations. It's being looked into. I would put in a ticket tho instead of waiting for a fix.
I think I saw in another thread that the master briefings, investigations, and collections currently have issues on live. I do not have the master collection, and I know that and posted this after I tried that and even relieved a few times.
