I wish I had suffered through the hack too but alas I was not playing then.

This feat alone has caused more people to quit the game than you realize.

It also causes new people that are informed not to play the game.

Let me pose a hypothetical scenario for you Players.

You want to climb Mount Everest.
You can climb the mountain, but five inches from the top, just before you reach the very peak of the mountain, and you can look down and see the whole view, someone says 'Hey, you need to stop climbing five inches from the top. You see these people? They arrived at the mountain first. And while a vast majority are terrible climbers, and can't climb higher than one foot up the mountain, they're the ones preventing you from climbing to the very top.'

Most climbers will say 'Forget that. If I can't reach the top of mountain, why even bother to climb at all.'


And here we are, with a dwindling player base.

Edit: those five inches is the metaphoric five star back from hack feat.

No one wants to bother with the climb when someone has already implemented there's no point, bc they can't reach the top

I don't and I don't care, just like I couldn't care less for PVP feats, if you have it all it proofs is that you've been here longer than me.

I wasn't playing then either but good luck to y'all, when you see the whining that goes on nowadays when game is in & off for a day or 2, can you imagine...Granted I'm 166 sp so it's hardly an issue for me, gots way more I could be doing to get that up. But goes for anything rare, would mean nothing if everyone has it. Nowadays there is very little to separate the people who have been playing the game for 5 years to those who been playing for 5 weeks. Wear it loud & proud

If not having the Back from the Hack feat caused people to quit or never to play, I doubt they really liked the game to begin with.

Insinuating that the "dwindling player base" has anything to do with the Back from the Hack feat is complete nonsense.

Few days is nothing compared to month of it never being up.

It is pretty impressive, probably the hardest achievement in ALL of gaming

Don't forget, this is the same game where you see the forums people asking for lower levels to be sta clamped, but on live people asking for high lvl players to help on lower content, us vets call it Bizarro world
