I've got three accounts connected to this email, and one of them I have spent a decent amount of money on for powers and stuff. I haven't played this game in overa year, so I forgot all of my stuff and which account had what. I finally figured out which account had my stuff, only for my to be unable to unlock the account, causing me to fill out a ticket with this one. How long does it usually take for these tickets to get sorted out so I can get my stuff?
Generally, I get a real response about two business days after the business morning that follows when I submitted the ticket. It's usually a response I don't care for, each followup takes about a business day or two, I usually get to an actual GM after the first or second response, and after about two or three responses from the GM, they put a note of finality into their answer. Other than reporting individuals, I haven't had a good resolution with customer support in years. Hopefully you have everything you need to confirm your account is really yours, and it goes smoothly. as of today I am on day 11 without a response to my last ticket...these guys suck subscription cancelled
