The problem is with the other 1s that are sold individually that u can pick the one u want. U are not forced to buy 3 other auras with the 1 u want for more $. And the single auras are $4.50 if your legendary. These come out to $3.40 roughly if your legendary. I would happily pay that extra dollar to be able to choose the aura i want instead of buying 4 auras and 3 of them will just sit there in my aura tab and i will never wear them. Something that i dont like and will never use has no value. Something doesnt have value simply because its there. If i bought this pack and played the game for the next year and never wore the dark blue smoke does it have value? It may have value to others but not me. Plus there are color variants for the plasmics and radiant for every color except purple. With the BBs people have a few options to acquire those auras for the toon they wanted them on. To release 2 purple ones, 2 much requested purple ones and give only 1 option to acquire them for a steeper price imo is not great. I say steeper because u are required to buy the entire pack. I again like they are adding things to the MP. We as players have requested that for a long time now and they seem to be listening. But the way stuff gets added to the MP is what some people pay attention to
You want an apple. You can buy a peach, pear, Apple and a banana for 13.50 or you can buy the apple for 4.00. I would rather buy the apple for 4 than have 3 extra things I don't want. More options are not a bad thing but I'm pretty convinced by now that it's not convenience the Developers pursue in their player base. Besides, $4 for an Apple is ridiculous anyways.
Wow ppl always nitpicking over such trivial issues when its by and large a wonderful addition to be offered to the player base a REDEEMABLE package of auras which contain both plasmic and nimbus thats kind of amazing in case any of you complainers didn't notice, I get the feeling that this is sort of an aura promotion for all the new xbox players who missed out on all the older original colors of plasmic and nimbus which is very nice for daybreak to do this Feel kinda dumb for asking but I would just like a small clarification, is the loyalty vender version also redeemable for entire account? Would just like to know because some items from the loyalty vendor aren't redeemable when the marketplace versions are, thank in advance
Yeah, I'm good at comparing my money's worth to things in the real world. Worth is a word heavily taken for granted around here. Edit: and apparently so is generosity because if they were truly generous they would give everyone them for free especially in the middle of this break that was just thrown on us like a truck.
And if you were to look at it from a Booster Bundle perspective you would have paid $20 for the Plasmic in the older style and $10 each with the newer style at a minimum. Likely paying at least 5 times more. What you pay now is 50% more than you would be paying for a Booster Bundle variant or 50% less at a minimum if you want 2 of them. Up to 75% less if you want all 4. I'm not disagreeing here but simply stating that the bundle is a pretty good price given how they would be sold separately which would either be 400 or 500 Marketplace Cash or may be more given that they are "premium" auras. For example they may actually have been sold for, say, 700 Marketplace Cash individually making the total price 2800 Marketplace Cash instead of 1500 Marketplace Cash. Again if you like 2 of them you may as well buy the bundle now. I doubt the auras would be sold individually cheaper than regular non-pattern auras.
As someone who saves his LP's for BB's predominantly for the auras I think this is a great idea. Wont be buying this 1 as don't like dark blue auras generally & have purple solar which covers any character I might make who would suit a purple aura, so that leaves the white radiant. I get why they are not being sold individually. However, if there are going to be more of these aura packs released, for talking sake 3 total, would it be possible upon the 3rd being released to offer a pack for $20 which enables you to select any 4 auras from the 3 packs? Just think this works as a compromise
While this bundle Isn't for me (I only want one of the auras) if you guys keep rolling them out i'm sure i'll find some i do want. I'd much rather see them sold individuality but, this particular 'technique' i'm used to and is far Far better than the BB lottery that I (most) loathe. So +1 for this and lets keep it rolling. Also, you might want to coordinate your bundles in the future, 'green bundle' 'purple bundle' ect, you'll miss more than a few customers with the hodgepodge bundles.
I'll echo the sentiment from my fellow posters. I really really like the idea of putting cosmetics in the marketplace. I hope this is just the beginning for more things to come. With that being said, I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but these auras don't appeal to me The Purple Plasmic looks really neat tho. Mepps, when can we expect an Aura Pack 2 ?
As for me, I am just happy to see Booster Bundle "Type Auras" available in the MP without actually buying a booster bundle.
Yes. Once purchased from the loyalty vendor, it hits your marketplace redeem/claim window just like you had purchased it in the marketplace to start with.

( hence in this case the unwanted stuff that comes with what ever it is in life that you would get from the " wanted" stuff you got..... big shock aint it? no not rely there pros and cons to evryting in life rarely ever do we get what we want without some sort of con to it and what do we do with it??? eh just shrug it off and put up with it if whatever it is is something we really wanted
If i bought 1 BB and got the aura i wanted how is that 5x more? And if i didnt get the 1 i wanted but sold the 1 i got and then bought the 1 i wanted again how is that 5x times more? I only bought 1 BB. Same as if i bought 1 BB and didnt get the aura i wanted but took the 1 i got and traded it for the 1 i wanted. Still only bought 1 bundle. And the others on the MP i can buy individually. Options is the point. And premium is subjective. Some other player may say they like the slim black aura way better when compared to a plasmic. U can try and spin it all u want. I dont agree. But what i wont do is keep going back and forth about it. U wanna respond again be my guest. Ive said my piece tho and how i feel on it and wont keep posting about it. Again its very nice to see them listening to the feedback and adding stuff to the MP. That is great. I just think giving people options on how to acquire some things is a better way to go. Just my opinion.
lol ya ppl will always do that in life hell i do it to alot lmao. we aint happy in life unless we get what we want how we want it. but then again how can you expect the devs to make any kinda profit from the game if they dont do it this way or if they do it the way ppl want and make them availible speratly? ya ppl want oo o o they should be availible seperately like the others are.... well tough cookies u want 1 or 2 of these auras gotta buy the rest (hence the unwanted i mentioned in another post i made) or if you dont think its for you dont get it no harm no foul... but ppl will ALWAYS find something to gripe about with anything ( real life or not)

Finally, good one for doing this as it takes away from the hustle and disappoint of the BB, hopefully it doesn't take long for pack #2 to be added (and so on). I don't mind them all being variants in every pack, I understand old auras gave exclusivity to the BB and some would feel cheated for knowing they spent so much money on an "exclusive item" just to see it sold in a pack (for much cheaper) later (keep in mind, would be nice for some old ones to return as they where only exclusive to bundles in general and not a specific one). So once again thanks. On a side note, any consideration on adding episode base item packs to the market at some point?
while your logic is completely sound on this man ( by this im saying i agree completely with ya on the matter) heres the thing as i said cant always get what you want in life without some "unwant". there are options in this you may not like them but there are options... ( 2 actually lol buy it get what you want and put up with the rest OR 2 dont buy it and do without simple as that) now that being said yes more options are a nice idea yes they are but like i said when is life ever nice? with want come unwant an with unwant comes the bright side (other words sometimes you get what you want but theres bad stuff in it too and sometimes you're delt a bad hand in life but theres some good in it too)
