Hello everyone! It’s my first time here on dcuo forum, I’m an Italian player since 2020 and I’m a big fan of this game. I’m never had problems expecting now. It’s since 3 weeks now the game it’s without sounds! I mean completely no sounds ! Deaf! Only cutscenes but in the game nothing. I’ve reported to daybreak and dcuo team by opened a ticket, tried to check tv and audio speaker but issue still persist. I’m playing with Xbox series X, other games working good except dcuo. Please someone can help me? To the devs , please make something to resolve because it’s very annoying and frustrating play with no sound it’s impossible…. I appreciate. Hello friend, a temporary solution I found was to delete the cache of a single profile when you select the profile that you will delete cache will appear 2 options delete from the console or everywhere,you must select from everywhere when you do it you will enter the game and you will have sound again is what worked for me very important it must be of a single profile not of the complete game because if you delete the complete game or delete the cache of the console it will not work, and this solution is temporary in what the situation is solved because when you close the game you must do the same procedure I hope this works for you greetings.

Thank you a lot for your help , after sending a lot of emails and tickets to devs, support etc… no help from anyone of dcuo, it’s sad …. Especially when you are a member since years…anyway thanks again I appreciate!!
Hey bad news after a while… to have sounds you have to delete cache every time you log in ! Otherwise it’s still deaf. After you delete cache and log , sound returns!!! My bad!!! Please devs can you do something? Very annoying! I mean I play with Xbox X …. Can I have your attention now? Thanks
Nice, I logged in again today after 6 months and what happened? No sound and as I see the problem has been going on for months now. Nah, I'd rather stay away from dcuo... Good job daybreak once again
