Test Discussion Atomic Powers

We're going to lock this thread up as we move to live. Thank you for your feedback and help testing! For the few concerns that remain, we feel there will be a bit of learning curve as players adjust to a whole new style of tanking, and will continue to refine the powerset as needed once it is in the wild with more players.
