    What are the ideals artifact a meta villain with quantum powers, hand blast and flight?

    Artifacts are organized by role:
    Damage (Superpowered)
    Damage (Weapons)
    Controller
    Healer
    Tank

    There are no Artifacts that are associated with morality, movement or a specific weapon(s) style so that information is irrelevant.

    For Quantum Superpowered DPS, your best bet is going to be Transformation Card, Grimorium Verum and Solar Amplifier. For Controller your best bet is going to be Scrap of the Soul Cloak, Amulet of Rao and Parasite's Power Harness.
