    The buffs work but they dont show up at the ''Current Effects'' list.

    Suggestion for new artifact:

    Solar Condenser

    Empowers Iconic skill: Freezing Breath.

    Condensed Freezing Breath

    1st effect - 5/10/10/10%+ skill damage
    2nd effect - Increase the number of hits by 0/1/2/2
    3rd effect - Freezing Breath gives a shield that protects the user for 0/0/5/7.5% of their might for 4 seconds
    4h effect - Freezing Breath creates an ice pool that inflict Frostbite on nearby enemies and slows them by 0/0/0/15%
