When attempting to level up artifacts, which is the better buy in the Marketplace, the Artifact Starter Pack or the Perfected Nth Metal (or whatever it's called)? The reason I ask, is they both claim to get a level 0 Art to lvl 80, however the starter pack comes with a few seals and detectors and is cheaper. Is this assessment correct? Also, does anyone have a breakdown of exactly how many Nth metals / catalysts you need to full max an artifact? It's a bit difficult to plan atm.. Thank you!

Since it's double artifact XP week, it's all about Nth Metal right now. If you stick a Perfected Nth Metal into a Rank 0 artifact, it will gain 150k XP (75k × 2); that's practically 0 to 120 (Rank 120 = ~168k XP) in one shot. If the fortification hits a critical, that is Rank 120. Right now is THE time to load up your artifacts with as much XP as possible and if need be, worry about the breakthroughs later. You can earn catalysts in-game slowly or you can buy them from the marketplace next week, next month, etc. Same for Seals.
