    after reading this I agree with what you said.I hope the devs at least consider this because it’ll change the game and it’ll get a lot of people to take a long break from what I see not including me because I play dcuo with friends and I have fun cause there’s no good games out to play for a while that me and my friends like.I still hope they fix pvp but I know deep down that ain’t happening

    Think yourself lucky, Ice has no 10,000 supercharges and their arnt any iconic ones to use, so its now impossible to get the max out of eog if your an ice player.

    It tends not to be used in healer role as its not a great group heal, and yes it does heal back a small amount in dps role which can be a life saver at times. Interestingly the new Static ally passive 1 will mean if you want to use that passive you will have to have arc lightning in your healer loadout as its triggered by PI. But that's a whole other thread of trouble being discussed.

    This is definitely needed and has justification now.

    Reduce healer shield costs, give poor nature an 8-man shield, restore natures 2500 cost for transformation making it viable again, and please will someone tell me how Ice is going to benefit from max eog stats when it doesn't have any 10,000 cost supercharges to use?

    Ice is in a good spot regarding Supercharges. It wont be receiving the benefits from a max EoG, true, but why should it? Not every power has to go hand to hand with every artifact. Theres variety and other options to use.

    On a live server, the artifact's healing mechanic works as follows: 3% healing per second (6 seconds) and an additional 18% healing for yourself and allies in general, 36% healing after using supercharge.

    On the test server, the second part of the healing is missing, for example, when using 2500 supercharge it is 2% every second ... which in the end will give us only 12% healing compared to the live server where we have 36%, this is three times less ... .

    Is this a bug or a planned change?

    I'm not on Test right now but it depends. Does the Artifact still have the "Castors Watch Expires" description? If it does that's a bug, if it doesn't then that part of the Artifact was removed along with the stacking.

    The artifact on test still has the original/live description. Those things tend to be updated late.

    I honestly wish the changes were more harsh, this art legit made players not care about Mechs.

    For what? If a player leaves cause they won't have a easy route to do damage, then that's not an issue this is a good fix. This one art has made most power sets lag behind due to how well they sync with the artifact. Why should should most powersets be used less cause a powerset like Ice or Electric gain so much from this art? I won't even touch on how it's made players seek out greens and not even care about fight mechs. this art has did so much harm to the game that players wont even admit it.

    Update: the Eye of Gemini changes are still not quite finalized and will not go live with Episode 45. We now expect them to go live with our next Game Update after the Episode, but that could also still change.

    don't let the criers talk yall into doing something yall don't want. its yalls game just make a choice and roll it out. they will cry and complain and roll through the stages of grief then move on with their lives just like every other Major change we have gone through that was much more than just some artifact

    I'm In total support of the changes. As a healer and part of a league with many non EOG healers. It's been annoying being pushed aside for EOG healers. let them cry, just like Venom Wrist Dispenser the community will get over the changes. The games become more enjoyable on Xbox side since people learned of the nerf coming and got off their elitist attitudes about only wanting EOG healers.

    •Supercharge Cost Standardization: Currently Eye of Gemini functions at full capacity regardless of how much SC is spent, the listed changes will bring it more in line with similar items in its catalog
    oDamage effect restructured to 8%/16%/30% (Changed from 20% flat)
    oHealing Generation restructured to 1.5%/2%/5% (Changed from 3%/s flat)
    oSupercharge generation restructured to .5%/1%/3% (Changed from 2%/s flat)

    I've been testing Test/Live server and ran some numbers and some differant options.

    With and without Soul Cloak, With and without Supercharge Generator/ Black Adam Allie.

    Here are some Healing Based Results;

    Let start with the basic skills + hits.

    Skills used 1-2-3
    1= Bioelectric Surge (Prio Heal) 47 Sc With Scrap
    2= Galvanize (Group heal) 52 Sc With Scrap
    3= Recover (Group heal) 47 Sc With Scrap

    Test Results Supercharge Test (With Scrap)= 1267 SC
    Test Results Supercharge Test (Without Scrap)= 300 SC
    That Double Melee SC With or Without Scrap?

    Live Server;
    Basic Hits Live (With Scrap)= 49,55,49
    Basic Hits Live (Without Scrap)= 39,43,39
    Test Results Supercharge Live (With Scrap)= 2508 SC
    Test Results Supercharge Live (Without Scrap)= 1260 SC
    The Double Melee SC Without Scrap!!

    To be honest the basic hit's seems about the 2% with or without scrap.

    Talking About the supercharge abbility with Scrap it's a decrease of 66%
    Talking About the supercharge abbility without Scrap it's a decrease of 123%

    So My Personal Oppinion make sure you fix this problems before hitting in thursday to the live server.

    This is a Big Big Differance.


    And Fair enough i can't talk about the dps side*.
