Armory Animations

I just had a disappointing episode of Role Optional Alert not working again (since Omnibus was launched?).
The controller role should not be top dps. It began, me as controller, 2 healers and a tank at the spawn. one healer goes dps, fine, great... find out npcs are not KO'n so quickly, check scoreboard, and ....
I'm imediately thinking the one that went dps role does not have an armory and dps gear. F4/group/inspect .... yup. Mention it to the group. other healer says they have an armory to go dps. The other person in dps role never acknowledges the conversation and even starts the next boss fight. I say nope, this is gonna take too long and ko. /g I guess **** is not gonna switch back to healer? then the tank and dps leave. if the healer had used the armory into dps role and the "dps" went back to healer, it might have reached completion.
