wow that was quick. but really 25% return heal in tank stance for rage, that doesnt seam right, fine for dps role but for a tank it seams off by a lot, ice gets 25% DR but has no crash to cancel.
whats wrong with rage DPS using relentess anger in PVP? its like ice DPS using reflection, helps u survive alittle so u dont die so quickly

Nothing beside the fact that they provide equal advantages to both side and the only to stop them is to debuff or to force them to crash through stuns. Since debuff are going away and you can easily get around stuns as a rage DPS. The devs saw nerfing it as the next practical way.

Exactly, they offer equal advantages to both role. The one that should be getting all the advantage of rage crash should be rage tanks and not rage DPS. So why are u against it again?
Guys, I think you can chill about the rage thing. Just tested some more stuff and remorseless recovery is healing 1:1 for damage dealt in tank role, 25% in dps role. I believe that's actually a buff for DPS. Also, they've done something to counter damage. Counters are doing way, WAY more damage on test than on live. At least twice as much. I think they've changed the formula somehow, probably to compensate for the decreased amount of prec on the new gear.

Since role debuffs are gone and every single tank power can reduce the mitigation. I am for rage tank's keeping it the same way it is now, as long as it posses a risk. Where did I quote you when you said 35-50%. Check page 2 for proof please. I was saying that its a good thing they nerfed it, but I am all for bringing it up to any number [even a 100%] if it posses risk since Rage is supposed to be a "Risk vs Reward" power.
This is actually probably a really, really good change for arenas then given that many powers can break out from counters. The way they did have it planned originally was going to very much lower the emphasis on counters. Not my ideal solution though as that'd involve just fixing power breakouts.
