Why do players above the CR required get buffs? Current area cr is 350. I understand the players below 350.
I think it's in case they're like just at CR but still weak enough to have issues dealing with the new opponents and/or for when people's other stats are kinda low for the content. Just to help get started on the new content, I guess.
